iPad Loans

EdTech provide iPad loan service to all students, teaching faculty and staff. Please head over to “Camelot” portal to book your device: https://camelot.yale-nus.edu.sg/

Please read the full description of the item and the conditions of loan carefully prior to making a reservation.


General loan conditions:

  • Collect only upon booking approval; we will contact you for collection.
  • State the project/ module in the loan form (in “CAMELOT”).
  • Loan approval on a case-by-case basis.
  • Borrower will bear 100% of costs associated with servicing the equipment due to acts of negligence, including equipment damage, loss or tampering without authorization during loan period.
  • Please allow a minimum of five working days for processing.

Other conditions:

  • Given the popularity and the versatility of the iPad, loans are primarily catered to students who are undertaking major projects (e.g. Capstone) and classroom-related activities.
  • Other motivations for loan are still subjected to approval on a case-by-case basis.

Can I loan out an iPad for Personal Use?

You may book iPads between #01 to #10 for “General Use”, on a first-come first-served basis. Do remember to place your booking reason(s). We have limited iPads to accommodate everyone’s reqeusts but we will do our best! Borrowers, please do your part to return them promptly so others may use..

How can I check out/ loan an iPad?

Make your reservations through the “CAMELOT” portal: https://camelot.yale-nus.edu.sg/. Please allow a minimum of five working days for processing (between submitting a request and collection). We will contact you when the item(s) are ready for collection.
