User Guide for Faculty

Note: Login requires a valid NUSNET ID credentials (i.e. nusstf\yncxxx). You will be prompted to use 2-Factor Authentication (“2FA”) during your login.

Upon logging in to the Blue Portal, you will be able to:

  • see your Dashboard, to monitor live response rates and download your reports.
  • use Question Personalisation (“QP”) to add customised questions to the existing set of standard course evaluation questions.

Note: At this time, you will not be able to access your past course evaluations in Blue. To access past data, please login to Campus Labs (refer to the steps below). The course evaluation data from past semesters will be available in Blue in due course.



All course evaluations will be facilitated through the new “Blue” Course Evaluation system. The whole set-up is automated; students can complete their course evaluation simply by accessing their “Course Evaluation” link within Canvas.

Course Evaluations (Campus Labs)

Campus Labs contains course evaluations conducted between AY2015/2016 Semester 2 to AY2017/2018 Semester 1. Campus Labs will primarily be used to access course evaluation archives of the above mentioned period and will no longer be used for future course evaluation exercises. The migration of the past course evaluations data from Campus Labs into Blue will be done progressively.


Students no longer need to access Campus Labs to perform course evaluations. Please refer to the section at the top of this page to perform your course evaluations in Blue.

Report Administrators

If you are a designated Report Administrator, you will have exclusive access to the Campus Labs’ Report Administration panel.

This Administration panel provides tools and access rights required to perform administrative tasks that are not available in the “standard” Faculty portal in Campus Labs. If you need access to this panel, please inform us at so we can set up your account permissions accordingly.
